My Love/Hate Relationship with Pinterest

At the risk of sounding a bit melodramatic, I have to say that Pinterest has kind of changed my life. Both for the good and the bad. Homemade Playdough Valentines

As you know, my One Word for 2012 is Be, as in Be a Friend. One of the ways I have tried to put this into practice is by starting a moms playgroup at our church. We meet once a month at my house, once at another mom's house, and also try to schedule in one monthly outing. When Buddy turned three, I started getting more serious about our learning activities. Happy {belated} Valentine’s Day!

  Yesterday was such a fun day!    I started the day serving a special breakfast of homemade blueberry streusel muffins. They were so delicious!     We lit our heart lantern and listened to Ella Fitzgerald while we ate.     After we ate, we gave the boys their Valentine's. Crafting for Valentine’s Day

  Buddy and I have been doing a lot of Valentine's Day crafts this week and I thought I would share them with you, in case any of you mama's need some ideas to keep your kiddos busy this weekend.   First up, we made some yummy treats...     Rice Krispie Treats in fact!
