A Month of Knitting and Reading

I started knitting a Citron shawl and reading Anna Karenina in early February when Phillip and I attended a couples retreat with our church. I had no idea they would both take me 6 weeks to complete, so I feel like I am just coming up for air! First up, the Citron shawl which I knit using Madelinetosh Lace in Scarlet using a size 6 circular needle. "The memories of home and of her children rose up in her … [Read more...]

A year ago I would have told you that it would take a miracle for me to ever leave this house, but God performed a miracle in my heart and now I am so excited about moving and making our new house a home. Please pray with me that the closing process of both … [Read more...]
